About these terms

What we do
- Buy For Me: we buy items from UK and EU stores on your behalf after you approve a quote, and deliver them to you.

Your account
- You must give correct details and keep your password safe.

Prices and payment
- Every quote and checkout shows the full price before you pay. A price you approved does not change without your new approval.
- Customs duty and import VAT shown before payment are estimates. If the real amount is different, we ask you before charging more, or refund the difference.
- Promo codes: one code per order; the conditions are shown with the code; codes have no cash value.
Items we cannot send
We do not send items that are not allowed on a route or in the destination country. We may cancel an order and refund you if an item cannot be sent legally or safely.

Reviews
