Shop orders
- You can ask for a return in the app within [14] days after delivery (Orders → the item → Return).
- If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, we arrange collection free of charge.
- If you changed your mind, [WHO PAYS RETURN POSTAGE — TO BE CONFIRMED].
- Refunds go back to the original payment method after the item has been checked.
Buy For Me orders
Returns depend on the store's own policy and on the route. Ask in the app; we tell you what is possible and what it costs before anything is sent back.
Problems
If something is wrong with an order, report it from the order in the app. We answer every report.
